One Soul Foundation Trust is a public charitable organization, and donations made to support our initiatives are generally non-refundable.
Donations
All donations made through our website or payment platforms are considered voluntary contributions toward the foundation’s charitable activities including education, wellness programs, community outreach, and social welfare initiatives.
Refund Requests
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate transactions
- Incorrect amount entered due to technical error
- Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor
Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the transaction and must include relevant payment details for verification.
Processing of Refunds
Once verified and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
